Dedicated Care and Lifestyle Enrichment at Main Line Adult Day Center

Socialization is necessary at every age in life — but it’s especially crucial for seniors. Older adults are at high risk of loneliness and depression, whether through living alone, loss of family or friends, or chronic illness.

Additionally, the lack of socialization can worsen stress and cognitive decline.

Main Line Adult Day Center offers a safe place for seniors to socialize. We offer plenty of physically and mentally engaging activities for seniors to keep their minds and bodies active, as well as medical staff committed to promoting our members’ health.

The Club at Main Line Adult Day Center

The Club at Main Line Adult Day Center is tailored to seniors in dementia’s early stages. At the Club, we provide a supportive environment in which members can participate in a variety of activities to improve their cognitive fitness and slow cognitive decline.

As members of The Club, members have ample opportunity to socialize with each other and make friends. All of our activities happen in a group environment so members have topics of conversation to bond over.

The Club meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm, and members have lunch together. Anyone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related form of dementia and is aware of early-stage dementia’s challenges is eligible to become a Club member.
